A man who suffered from constipation, decided to force a live fish up his behind after learning that it might help relieve his pain, according to doctors in China.

Guangzhou said that the 49-year-old man identified as Liu, was brought to the hospital after suffering severe stomach pain.

A doctor who treated the man, revealed that the man’s abdomen was very bloated and looked like a bursting balloon.

The patient told doctors at the Guangzhou Tongren Hospital, that after suffering from constipation he decided to try the natural remedy of forcing a live eel into his intestines.

However, the 2 feet long fish wrecked havoc inside the man, punching a hole in his intestine and causing a mess in his abdominal cavity.

Doctors believed that the man was near death. He was rushed into the operating room, where doctors removed the fish and repaired the damage.
