(Scroll down for video) Police in Texas, said that three officers were arrested for driving drunk on the same night.

One female officer was arrested for driving drunk with her children in the vehicle.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said that officers made the right call when they did not give the drunk officers preferred treatment.

They arrested their colleagues as officers are held to higher standard than others.

The San Antonio Police Department said that Gena Rodriguez was driving drunk with her three children when she hit another vehicle.

Officers found that Rodriguez was intoxicated. “She had a difficult time speaking and was unsteady on her feet,” according to the police report.

Rodriguez, who was an 11-year veteran of the police force, was arrested.

A few hours later, her colleague, officer Harold Thomaston, who is a 20 year veteran, swerved into the lane of a fellow SAPD officer. He then ran a red light and drove off.

He was also arrested.

Later that day, Bexar County deputy Sabrina Moreno, 24, was arrested by an SAPD officer when she was driving drunk.

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said that he is furious over the officer’s actions.

Moreno has been with the sheriff’s office for about eight months.
