Man on bicycle called ‘the spanker’ slaps women’s bottoms on college campus

(Scroll down for video) Female students on a college campus in Washington, were fearful as a man who spanked their bottoms is still on the loose and might strike again.

Spokane police said that they are looking for the man who spanked the bottoms of female college students while riding his bike.

After each spanking, the suspect sped away with his bike and turned around to laugh at the victim. The incidents unfolded at the Gonzaga University, where the victims were all young women.

The victims told police that the suspect has been named “the spanker.” The women on campus are feeling violated and disrespected.

They also claimed that the suspect is spanking their bottoms with a lot of force. The spanker also showed his pleasure with the attacks by turning around and laughing in their faces.

Police urged anyone with information about the attacker to come forward. Police said that the suspect was wearing a rainbow colored bandana.

After news about the attack went viral, 28-year-old Jonathan Lee Smith came forward and confessed to the crimes. He said that when he saw a bottom he liked, he just spanked it.

Smith claimed that he was being daring and mischievous, but not malicious. Police said that Smith is facing 11 counts of assault with sexual motivation.

He was booked into jail, and his bail has been set at $11,000.
