A police officer who is living with his parents, was caught viewing child porn on his computer, according to police in Pennsylvania.

The Philadelphia Police Department said that they have arrested 25-year-old Emmanuel Folly, after a review of his electronic devices uncovered child porn.

Folly was charged with one count each of sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography; sexual abuse of children and dissemination of child pornography.

Following the allegations, the Philadelphia Police Commissioner suspended the officer for 30 days.

According to the criminal complaint, police used a program that checks for IP addresses that access child porn. The program led them to a home in the 3300 block of North 15th Street.

Police secured a search warrant, and when they entered the home, they learned that Folly was living at the residence with his parents.

Police seized all electronic devices from the home, and an examination uncovered child porn on the computer that belonged to Folly.
