Wanted criminal arrested at Chuck E Cheese's after Facebook Live video showed police where she was

(Scroll down for video) Police in Florida, said that social media became a very valuable tool for them to locate and arrest criminals.

Police said that they also get help from citizens who locate wanted criminals on Facebook.

Sometimes, concerns citizens share photos and videos of crimes with police, leading to their arrests.

One woman with a warrant for her arrest is now behind bars after giving away her location on a Facebook Live video and making it easy for police to arrest her.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said that 18-year-old Markesha Wilkerson had an arrest warrant for improper display of a firearm and failure to appear.

Investigators spotted her on Facebook Live, and soon realized that Wilkerson was broadcasting the live video from Lakeland Chuck E Cheese’s.

Investigators contacted Lakeland police, and they stormed the Chuck E Cheese’s and arrested Wilkerson in the restaurant.

“Crazy criminals are appreciated, stupid criminals are appreciated. We recommend that if you are wanted, to post on Facebook or Instagram, and let us know where you are,” Sheriff Grady Judd said.
