A young boy was left scared of parks after an elderly man forcefully licked his little fingers in front of his parents, according to police in Pennsylvania.

Stephanie Katz, who is the mother of the 5-year-old boy, said that they were at the Northampton Township Municipal Park on Hatboro Road in Southampton on Saturday, when the suspect told her husband that he was 75 years old.

While they were having a picnic, the old man began talking with the 5-year-old boy, and then forcibly licked the food from the child’s fingers.

He then sucked the fingers.

Chasidy Zubler said that she was at the park at an earlier time, and there was a man that met the description of the suspect sitting in the parking lot in a white car, watching a mother and her two kids.

He was not with them, but stayed watching her and Zubler’s kids play for over an hour, and then left when more people arrived.

“I don’t know if this incident is related to the most recent attack, but it stood out enough to me that I mentioned it to my husband when I came home.

“There was no one else there that day, and he was there and left alone. He wasn’t eating or on a phone or computer, just sitting in his car watching. Very strange,” Zubler said.

Police described the suspect as a white man with gray hair.

He was seen driving a white SUV.
