A woman took a hotel to court in order to trace down her son’s father after having sex with a random guest

In the case that was dubbed “Father Roulette,” the woman said that she was at a hotel, where she met a man and had sex with him.

The woman said that she had sex with the man whom she only knows as Michael, a few times over a three day period.

After leaving the hotel, the woman learned that she was pregnant, but she had no way of contacting the alleged father as she did not know any information about him.

The hotel in Halle, Germany, refused to hand over personal information of its former guests.

The mother, who has not been identified, brought the case to court to force the hotel to reveal the man’s identity so that she can get child support.

The hotel told the court that there were four people named Michael registered at their facility during that time, and it would breach privacy if they reveal their details.

The court denied the mother’s request.

The judge ruled that the woman had no legal right to demand hotel data as she did not provide enough information to be sure of the man’s identity.

The judge also ruled that the right to self-determination took precedence over the woman’s right to child support.
