A woman was arrested after she threatened to infect a store employee with HIV in order to get away with two stolen adult toys.

The woman of Ontario, Canada, went into the Extasy Shop, and took two high-priced vibrators, which were valued at $290.

She placed the items in her purse and attempted to leave. When the sex shop worker confronted her, 29-year-old Naomi Shawana told him that she had HIV before lunging at him with a bloody needle.

Shawana then ran out of the store and got into a waiting taxi. The store employee was able to give police information about the taxi and the direction of travel.

Shawana was also identified on store surveillance video. At the time of her arrest, Shawana was on probation for another robbery.

Shawana pleaded guilty to a total of 10 charges related to the two robberies.

She was supposed to be sentenced earlier this month, but it was pushed off after Shawana has refused to leave her jail cell.
