A woman is facing charges of filing a false police report after falsely accusing her evil neighbor of killing her dog, according to police in Austria.

Gratkorn police said that they have arrested 49-year-old Silvia S., after her dog died from being spun in a washing machine.

At first, Silvia claimed that she found her dog named Gizmo, a Yorkshire Terrier, inside a potted plant in front of the door of her home.

The dog was dead, and she claimed that there was a note next to it. The note allegedly stated that the dog was still warm and it was suitable for a washer dryer.

Silvia called police to her house, and showed them that there was blood and dog fur inside her washing machine. She then pointed the finger at her evil neighbor for being behind the attack.

After a through investigation, police determined that the neighbor was not responsible for the attack.

The woman then admitted that she blamed her neighbor because she did not want to tell her son that she was responsible for Gizmo’s death.

Silvia revealed that she opened the washing machine to clean two dog blankets, and she did not realize that her dog was inside.

When the load was done, she realized that her dog was inside and was spun to death.
