Naked driver blocks traffic in Lincoln Tunnel to pleasure himself in back seat

A naked man blocked traffic in the busy Lincoln Tunnel because he wanted to pleasure himself, according to police in New Jersey.

The Port Authority Police of New York and New Jersey said that they have arrested 48-year-old Ismael Esquilin of Passaic, after being accused of being high on drugs and disrupting rush hour traffic.

Esquilin has been charged with drug possession, driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving, impeding traffic, lewdness, refusing to provide a breath or urine sample, DWI, impeding traffic, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled dangerous sample in a motor vehicle.

He was booked into jail, pending a bail hearing.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded at around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Esquilin was driving a 2005 Dodge minivan into the Lincoln Tunnel.

When he reached the halfway point, Esquilin stopped his van stripped his clothes and began pleasuring himself. Drivers who were unable to bypass the Dodge called police.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, covered the suspect with a blanket. Officers found a glass pipe and small glass bottles containing PCP on the floor of the vehicle.

Esquilin was taken to the Hoboken University Medical Center, where he admitted to using PCP.
