(Scroll down for video) A woman grabbed a man by the arms and handed him over to police after she claimed that he groped her.

The 40-year-old man was found unconscious after falling from a building in Tokyo, Japan, just after he was accused of groping the woman at a Taito Ward train station.

According to police, at about 12:15 a.m., the 30-year-old woman exited the JR Keihin Tohoku Line at Ueno Station when the man fondled her.

She grabbed him by the arm and handed him over to officers who were patrolling the station.

During the investigation, the man managed to flee from the scene. Around 12:55 a.m., he was found unconscious between two buildings about 700 feet from the train station. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Police suspect that the man entered one of the buildings after fleeing the train station and fell to his death. Police are unsure if he fell by accident or if he intentionally jumped to commit suicide.
