(Scroll down for video) A Ventriloquist of the United Kingdom, said that police investigated a claim that his puppet sexually harassed a woman.

67-year-old David Sampson of Warwickshire, said that police questioned him at the Rugby Police Station, during an interview which he attended voluntarily.

During the interview that lasted about one hour, detectives demanded answers about his puppet named Grisweld the Super Dog.

Grisweld the Super Dog was being accused of making sexual comments to a random woman at the Bull’s Head pub in Brinklow, while he was handing out leaflets to promote an upcoming show.

The woman claimed that the puppet hid in Sampson’s pants and said “why don’t you come and have a feel at this, Miss?”

The woman was not amused by the talking puppet and she filed a police complaint.

Sampson insisted the alleged incident could not have taken place as his puppet cannot get into his pants and it cannot talk.

Sampson also denied allegations that he used the puppet to sexually harass or make rude remarks towards the woman.

So far, no charges have been filed.
