A man was arrested for breaking into a home and destroying property to save himself from being humiliated.

27-year-old Tristan Torelle Tucker of West Virginia, broke into a family member’s home to recharge his phone before stealing her security system.

The Dunbar Police Department arrested Tucker, after his cousin filed a report about the theft.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman told police that this is not the first time that Tucker broke into her home through a window.

However, this time, he stole her security cameras and DVR system. After collecting evidence, the officers returned to the Dunbar police station, where Tucker surrendered.

Tucker confessed to the police that he entered the house in order to charge his cell phone. While the phone was charging, Tucker began viewing pornographic material and he pleasured himself.

Tucker admitted that he removed the security cameras because he did not want anyone to see him pleasuring himself on video.

Tucker then admitted to taking the cameras and the DVR behind a nearby grocery store, where he broke the devices and disposed of them in the river.

Tucker was being charged with burglary and entering without breaking.

He is being held at the South Central Regional Jail. His bond was set at $10,000.
