Man urinates into neighbor’s mailbox as revenge for calling police over his loud music

A man in Florida, was furious when his neighbor called police to his home.

As revenge, he urinated into the mailbox.

44-year-old David Bender was arrested by the Sebastian Police Department after peeing in his neighbor’s mailbox.

It all started when someone called police to report that Bender was playing loud music. Officers asked Bender to turn it down, and this did not sit well with him.

In retaliation, Bender pulled down his pants, pointed his middle finger at his neighbor and urinate into the mailbox, according to the police report.

About 10 minutes later, the victim said that Bender was acting strangely on the road and he used a pair of binoculars to look into the windows.

Bender then broke a planter that was attached to the mailbox.

The officers who made contact with Bender, could see that his balance was unstable. They also detected the smell of alcoholic in his breath.

Bender was arrested and taken to the Indian River County jail, where he was charged with criminal mischief.
