A real estate agent called police after seeing a woman inside a home that was up for sale.

The real estate agent called police to the home in the Florida Keys.

When Deputy Richard Wang arrived, he knocked on the door, and was confronted by the naked woman.

The officer questioned the woman and she pretended to be the homeowner.

When he asked her to put on her clothes, she refused, saying that she was allowed to be naked in her own home.

The woman was identified as Feliciamae Farrington, 36, of Harvey, Louisiana. The officer contacted the homeowner, who confirmed that nobody was given permission to be inside the house.

When the officer tried to take the woman into custody, she resisted and attacked him.

The officer called for backup. Farrington fought the officer, and at one point, grabbed a radio. When the backup arrived, they helped to subdue her.

Farrington was charged with trespassing, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
