Woman assaults restaurant manager with pepper spray because french fries were not fresh

A woman flew into a rage after a restaurant employee gave her french fries, which were not fresh, according to police in Minnesota.

Coon Rapids police said that they have arrested 25-year-old Eiram Chanel Amir Dixson, after being accused of using pepper spray to assault several employees at a Wendy’s restaurant.

Dixson has been charged with one count of use of tear gas to immobilize. If convicted, Dixson faces up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

According to the criminal complaint, on Thursday afternoon, Dixson went to the Wendy’s located at 8780 University Avenue, and ordered food.

She told the employee who took her order, that she wanted fresh french fries. After she got the french fries, Dixson flew into a rage as they were not fresh.

An argument broke out, during which Dixson pulled out a can of tear gas and sprayed the manager in the face. Another employee was also hit with the pepper spray.
