Margate police said that they have arrested 65-year-old Richard Henry Patterson, after being accused of choking his girlfriend to death.

Patterson was charged with one count of second-degree murder. In court, the jury found the defendant not guilty of the charge, and Patterson walked out of court a free man.

According to the trial testimony, Patterson lived with his girlfriend, Francisca Marquinez, 60, for several years. One night during sex, Marquinez fell unconscious.

Patterson thought that his girlfriend choked on his large manhood during sex. Patterson became extremely distraught and swallowed a bottle of sleeping pills in an attempt to kill himself.

After waking up 24 hours later, Patterson called a lawyer, who called police. Prosecutors claimed that Marquinez was strangled to death.

However, medical professionals and the coroner could not say how Marquinez died.

Patterson’s lawyer told the court that his client did not call the police because he thought that he killed his girlfriend with his large manhood.

Patterson was willing to show members of the jury his oversized private parts. Defense Attorney Ken Padowitz told the court that Marquinez could had died due to a stroke or heart attack during sex.
