(Scroll down for video) A man was very upset after learning that his halal pizza contained pork.

The Muslim man is suing Little Caesars for $100 million, claiming that he was served pizza that was labeled “halal” when in fact it had pork pepperoni.

Mohamad Bazzi said that this was the second time he was given a pork pepperoni pizza after he ordered a halal pepperoni pie from Little Caesars in Dearborn, Michigan.

Bazzi said that his wife could tell that it tasted like pork. She knew the difference as she was born a Christian before converting to Islam.

Bazzi also recognized that it was not halal as he used to work at a restaurant.

After the first incident, Bazzi filed a police report. When it happened again, Bazzi called the restaurant employee and told him that he ordered a regular pepperoni pizza not the halal version.

Bazzi’s attorney, Majed Moughni, said that he rushed to file the lawsuit on the eve of Ramadan, “so no other Muslims would accidentally eat pork from the pizza shop during the holiday.”
