A bus driver violated the trust of parents by molesting a young girl while taking her home from school.

The driver of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is accused of molesting the 6-year-old girl on his bus.

65-year-old Antonio Javier Baltazar-Hernandez faces one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct over the incident.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl told her parents about the incident two days after it happened, and the mother called police.

Detectives interviewed the girl and she told them that Baltazar-Hernandez stopped at a place that he normally would not stop.

He then told her to come to him and place her hand on his genitals. Detectives gave the child a diagram to show them where the driver told her to touch, and she pointed to the genitals.

GPS recorded on the bus, corroborated the girl’s story. It showed that Baltazar-Hernandez pulled over on the side of the road before he dropped off the girl who was the last student on the bus.

If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.
