(Scroll down for video) A waitress in Tennessee, lost her job and was arrested after her drugs fell into a customer’s drink.

Unfortunately for her, that customer was Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Wolfe.

The officer who was off duty, went to the Steak N Shake restaurant at 5118 Hixson Pike in Chattanooga.

It was about 11:00 p.m., when the officer got a cup of water and was ready to place his order. While waitress Jekievea Monchell Yearby was taking the order, a baggie of cocaine fell into the officer’s cup of water.

Yearby claimed that the drugs did not belong to her. The store manager then reviewed surveillance videos, which showed the drugs falling out of the order book that Yearby was holding.

After she was detained, Yearby admitted to officers that she had another baggie with drugs in her bra.

Yearby was charged with assault, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
