(Scroll down for video) Two children were left without their father after he was killed by another father during a kindergarten graduation party.

29-year-old Devon Brown of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, attended the graduation party for his older child who is a 6-year-old boy. His younger child is a girl.

Brown’s wife, Antionette Nimmons, said that during the party, two boys began rough playing. Things took a turn when the fathers got involved.

The two men got into an argument, and 27-year-old Tremaine Jamison of New York, pulled out a gun and shot Brown in the head.

Witnesses said that people panicked when they heard gunshots. People ran outside to avoid getting shot. When some people returned to check on Brown, they were unable to save him due to the injuries to his head.

Nimmons, who had two children with Brown, said that what was supposed to be a day to celebrate her son’s graduation from kindergarten, turned into a tragedy when she lost her loving husband.

Amid the chaos, Jamison managed to flee. Police believe that he returned to New York.
