A mother was shocked when she saw a video, showing her daughter being violently pushed to the ground by a woman.

12-year-old Presley Keeney was outside of a convenience store in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, while her father finished paying for the snacks that she bought.

As Keeney was eating beef jerky outside of the store, a man wearing a yellow shirt came up to her and asked “can I have a piece of that?”

The 12-year-old girl assumed that the man was hungry so she agreed and handed over a piece.

The man’s girlfriend became furious over the interactions. She came up from behind her boyfriend and pushed him.

When he ran away, the woman turned her anger towards the innocent 12-year-old girl and violently shoved her to the ground.

Keeney’s father came to her aid and the couple left the area.

The girl’s mother, Chere Fuller, got hold of the store surveillance video of the violent incident, and she released it to the public so people can help them identify the suspect.

The suspect’s brother Steven, sent a message to the girl’s family.

He apologized for his sister’s actions and he identified her as Marlenea Uravage.

Fuller said that her daughter has an innocent mind so when the man asked “Can I get a piece of that?” she assumed he was hungry. However, her mother is not sure if he was talking about her food.

Police are looking to arrest Uravage on charges of harassment.
