Health care worker arrested for sexually assaulting client

(Scroll down for video) A women who went for treatment at a rehabilitation center, got more than she expected during her interactions with an employee.

A man who works at the Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle, New York, was arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting the patient.

According to police, 25-year-old Richard Gonzalez Medina of Schenectady, had “non-consensual oral sexual contact” with a patient in the center.

The victim reported the sexual assault to other staff members, who immediately called the State Police.

Medina was charged with one felony count of third-degree criminal sexual act.

He was taken to the Washington County jail, where his bail was set at $10,000 bail.
