A man who accidentally soiled his underpants, went into a Walgreens bathroom, where he sit his clothes on fire, according to police in California.

Modesto police said that they have arrested 45-year-old Andrew Cheadle, after being accused of setting his underwear on fire, causing an evacuation.

Cheadle was not charged with arson, but was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

According to the police investigation, on Saturday, at around 9:15 a.m., Cheadle soiled his underpants while out in the street. He walked into a nearby Walgreens, and headed straight for the bathroom.

One inside, he attempted to remove his soiled underpants, but was unsuccessful so he decided to burn it off. He used a lighter to set his soiled underpants on fire and threw it into the toilet bowl.

The fire was quickly extinguished, but the incident caused a lot of smoke. Employees decided to evacuate the store until firefighters declare it safe to go back inside.

While running out of the store, Cheadle admitted to employees that he was the one who caused the fire.
