A teenager became violent during an argument about food in his mother’s kitchen, according to police in Florida.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said they have arrested 19-year-old Noah S. Sullivan-Lincoln, after being accused of smacking his mother, 57-year-old Cheryl Lincoln.

Sullivan-Lincoln has been charged with one count of domestic battery. A judge ordered the son to have no contact with his mother, and he was released from custody without bail.

According to the police investigation, the son and his mother live together in a home located at 5530 Pine Circle NE Street.

On Monday, at around 11:45 p.m., Sullivan-Lincoln began arguing with Lincoln over a cheeseburger in the kitchen of their home.

Sullivan-Lincoln then spat in his mother’s face, and smacked the cheeseburger out of her hand, striking her arm in the process.

While being questioned by police, Sullivan-Lincoln admitted to the allegations.
