(Scroll down for video) A transgender man announced to his followers that he fell pregnant after stopping male hormone treatment for health reasons.

29-year-old Kaci Sullivan of Wisconsin, is now four months pregnant.

Sullivan was born a woman and began to transition into a man four years ago.

However, he was forced to take a break from male hormones for health reasons after undergoing a double mastectomy and fell pregnant six months later with his 27-year-old boyfriend Steven.

Sullivan already had a 5-year-old son named Grayson from a previous relationship, but Sullivan said that this pregnancy is a happier experience.

Sullivan, who runs The TransLiberation Arts Coalition, is vlogging about his pregnancy to help others who are going through the same experience after realizing that there is very little information on the subject for people like him.

When Sullivan got pregnant with his first child, he said that he was still in denial over being a transgender.

He hoped that pregnancy would help him connect with femininity and his feminine side, but it did not happen for him.

Giving birth to Grayson forced Sullivan to face his true feelings about his gender.

“Now, my body is much aligned with how I view myself and my pregnancy is so much better. I love seeing my baby grow inside of me,” he said.
