(Scroll down for video) Two men were killed during a chase with the owner of a stolen bike, which they were riding on.

Police in New York, said that 31-year-old Brian Bouchard, called them to report that his dirt bike was stolen from him home in Long Island.

He also posted a photo of the bike to social media, and asked people to be on the lookout for it.

Hours later, Brian spotted the bike with two men riding on it. Brian was a passenger in his brother’s vehicle when the two decided to follow the stolen bike.

27-year-old Christopher Bouchard drove the car and gave chase.

However, the driver of the stolen bike, 19-year-old Keenen King, refused to stop. He sped off with his friend, 20-year-old Anthony Garriques, who was sitting behind him.

During the chase, Bouchard caught up with them, Suffolk Police Commissioner Timothy Sini said. The two vehicles eventually collided at Montauk Highway and Doane Avenue in North Bellport.

Now, police claim that Christopher deliberately crashed into the stolen bike in an attempt to get it back. Brian and Christopher then got out of their Odyssey minivan and took possession of the damaged bike.

Family members said that they did not render aid to the injured teens. The teens did not survive their injuries.

Christopher was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment in the 1st degree. Police are also investigating whether the men stole the bikes from Brian’s home.
