(Scroll down for video) A teenager who had to stop his car to put air in his tires, won a large amount of cash, according to lottery officials in New York.

19-year-old Anthony Iavarone of Ballston Spa, said that when the air in his tires was low, he stopped at the Stewart’s Shop, which is located at 201 Northline Road.

While filing up air, he told his friend to purchase a $10 Cashword scratch-off ticket. Iavarone went home and scratched off the ticket, and he realized he won $1 million.

After taxes, Iavarone will receive nearly $700,000. Iavarone plans to buy a new truck, and invest the rest of his money in a new business.

Iavarone said that he chose the $10 Cashword ticket, because his aunt always purchases them, and he considers her to be lucky.
