(Scroll down for video) Four teens in Massachusetts, were arrested after being accused of engaging in sex acts while many beachgoers looked on.

A fifth teenager was arrested for trying to stop police from arresting his friends.

Dennis Detective Matthew Turner said that incident occurred on Independence Day, just after 1:30 p.m., at the Mayflower Beach in Cape Cod.

Police were called by parents after they were disgusted with the actions of the teenagers, who were allegedly drunk.

However, many other beachgoers reportedly cheered them on. Two lifeguards attempted to get the teens out of the water, but when they did not follow orders, police were called.

Video of the incident shows the teens sitting on the beach and being handcuffed while many people formed a circle around them and screamed U.S.A., as police arrested the teens.

The 17-year-old male was not identified due to his age, but the other three were identified as 19-year-old Julianna Murphy, Stephen Cerrone, 19, and 18-year-old Molly Hines.

They are all facing charges of disorderly conduct.

19-year-old Lukas Kaminski, who was not involved with the sex acts, was arrested for interfering with police.
