Police in Ohio, were called to a home in the 9900 block of Capstan Drive, in Cincinnati, at around 11:30 p.m., on Saturday, on reports of shots being fired.

Police learned that two men opened fire inside a house, where a couple was revealing the gender of their unborn baby, police said.

The gunmen were dressed in black and broke into the home while guests watched a movie.

The shots hit nine people, including three children. Colerain Township police chief Mark Denney said that the children are 2, 6, and 8 years old. Five adults and three children suffered non-life threatening injuries.

22-year-old Autumn Garrett, who is from Huntington, Indiana, was killed.

Family members said that the pregnant woman, who had already revealed that she was having a baby boy, was shot in the leg and she lost her unborn baby.

Police did not yet confirm that report.

The pregnant mother who goes by the Facebook name Cheyanne Babiee, wrote: “Justice will be served for my family… Please continue to pray,” along with a link to a media article, saying that she lost her baby.

Police said they are still looking for the suspect or suspects, who fled the scene on foot. It is not known whether the shooters knew the victims or what their motivation was.
