Angry girlfriend sets sleeping boyfriend on fire and dumps urine on him

(Scroll down for video) A woman who became angry with her boyfriend, set him on fire after he fell asleep, according to police in Pennsylvania.

The Penn Hills Police Department said that they have arrested 38-year-old Leigh Ann Sepelyak, after being accused of trying to kill her boyfriend by setting him on fire.

Sepelyak has been charged with attempted homicide and arson.

She was booked into the Allegheny County Jail, pending a bail hearing.

According to the police investigation, Sepelyak and her boyfriend have been living in the basement of her parents’ home.

The two have been urinating in a bucket in order not to disturb her parents by using their bathroom. At around 3:00 a.m., on Sunday, the couple began fighting.

The boyfriend went to lie down on a mattress in the basement of the home located on Lime Hollow Road, and he fell asleep.

Sepelyak then took a container of gasoline, and poured it on her boyfriend. She then set her boyfriend on fire. Sepelyak then grabbed the bucket of urine and poured it on the flames.

The boyfriend was rushed to the UPMC Mercy, where he is being treated for burns to 30 percent of his body. He is said to be in critical condition.

During questioning, Sepelyak told police that she set her boyfriend on fire because she was angry.
