A man who was angry with the government, cut off his own finger and mailed to an IRS (Internal Revenue Service) office, according to police in Washington.

The FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) said that they have arrested 68-year-old Normand Lariviere, after being accused of mailing a threat to the IRS workers in Ogden, Utah.

Lariviere has been charged with one count of mailing threatening communications.

According to the police investigation, Lariviere once worked for the IRS and several other government agencies until he was laid off.

Lariviere filed complaints against several government agencies, but he was never given another job.

Lariviere believed that since his demands were not met, he shouldn’t have to pay taxes to the IRS. The suspect cut off his own finger, and sent it the IRS.

He also once mailed a bullet, and separately sent a marijuana joint to the IRS. Finally, he sent a pipe that resembled a bomb to the IRS office in Ogden, prompting his arrest.
