(Scroll down for video) Concerned drivers called police after seeing a mother driving her car that was pulling a red toy wagon with two small children inside.

Alana Nicole Donahue of Springfield, Oregon, was not happy when police arrested her for reckless endangerment.

According to Lt. Scott McKee, the mother of two children told police that she was “just showing her kids a good time” by pulling them in their red wagon that was attached to her vehicle with a strap.

Donahue denied the fact that she was putting her children in danger as she was “only driving 5 miles per hour.”

Drivers told police that the mother, who was driving a white Ford Taurus, was waving to them to go around her vehicle as she drove in circles through the roundabout.

When drivers confronted the mother, she drove away, pulling along the red wagon with her 3-year-old daughter and 5-years-old son.

Police said that at one point, she had an 8-year-old boy in the wagon without his mother’s consent and therefore, she was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment.

McKee said that Donahue was not drunk at the time of the incident. The Department of Human Services took the children.
