(Scroll down for video) A woman burned down her own home after her former husband asked her to lower the volume of her television, according to police in Florida.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s County said that they have arrested 29-year-old Judith Juste, after being accused of punching her former husband before setting her home on fire.

Juste has been charged with arson and battery. She was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, and her bail has been set at $20,000.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Monday, at around 3:00 a.m.

Juste and her former husband were watching television while their two children, 5 and 10 years old, were sleeping in a bedroom at their home located on Chapel Street.

The former husband asked Juste to turn down the volume of the television in order not to wake the children. Juste, who was intoxicated, refused and began punching her former husband.

Juste then poured lighter fluid on her former husband’s stuff and set them on fire. Juste continued punching her former husband while he tried to put out the fire.

The fire caused $60,000 in damages to the home. A judge ordered Juste to undergo a mental health evaluation.

She was banned from being alone with her children, and will have to undergo random alcohol and drug testing.
