(Scroll down for video) Pop star Justin Bieber of Stratford, Canada, got into trouble in California, after hitting a photographer with his truck, according to police in Beverly Hills.

Beverly Hills police Sgt. Matthew Stout said that no charges will be filed in this case as it appears to have been accidental.

The incident unfolded on Wednesday, at around 9:30 p.m., as Bieber was getting ready to leave from church.

Bieber, 23, sat into his truck and started the engine. Just as he began to drive away, a group of photographers swarmed around his vehicle to take pictures.

As Bieber drove his pickup truck, he hit a 57-year-old photographer Maurice Lamont. The photographer fell to the ground.

Bieber stopped his truck, and went over to the photographer to see if everything was alright. Bieber remained at the scene until police arrived.

The photographer was taken to the hospital after suffering non-life threatening injures. Lamont will celebrate his 57th birthday in the hospital.

Lamont forgave Bieber, calling him a good kid.

Lamont did say that the truck might have been too big for the small framed Bieber, as he had difficulty looking out the windshield.
