Sister jailed for throwing chicken nuggets at her brother who stole food from her 1-year-old son

A young mother flew into a rage after her brother swiped some chicken nuggets, which she wanted to give to her son, according to police in Florida.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 20-year-old Asia Iesha Jimenez, after being accused of assaulting her brother.

Jimenez was charged with one count of battery. She was booked into the Manatee County jail, pending a bail hearing.

According to the police investigation, the altercation unfolded on Saturday, at around 4:15 p.m.

Jimenez was feeding chicken nuggets to her 1-year-old son in their home located in the 1600 block of 27th Avenue Drive East.

Jimenez’s brother was hungry, and he decided to swipe some of the chicken nuggets from the plate. Jimenez became upset and threw chicken nuggets at her brother.

In response, the brother punched her in the face and poured water on her. The siblings’ mother stepped in and broke up the fight.

Police were called to the scene and they arrested Jimenez. The brother was no longer at the scene when police arrived.

Police said that Jimenez’s 1-year-old son witnessed the attack, but was not injured.
