(Scroll down for video) A nosy woman on an airplane saved two children from being raped.

Police said that the woman was sitting on an airplane when she read the text messages that a man in front of her were sending and receiving.

The woman took photos of the text messages in which the man and a woman spoke about their plans of sexually abusing two children, who are 5 and 7-years-old.

According to police, they also discussed acts of bestiality.

The incident unfolded on the Southwest Airlines flight from Seattle, Washington, to San Jose, California, when the woman observed 56-year-old Michael Kellar of Tacoma, Washington, who was seated in front of her, texting.

“Kellar was utilizing a large smartphone with enlarged font. The passenger observed Kellar texting about sexually molesting young children,” police in California said.

The passenger alerted the flight crew. Upon landing in California, a flight crew member contacted police who arrested Kellar.

A follow-up investigation revealed that 50-year-old child care provider Gail Burnworth, also of Tacoma, Washington, agreed to hand over the children so Kellar can rape them.

Members of the Seattle ICAC and Seattle Division of the FBI arrested Burnworth at her home.

Kellar was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail, on two counts of felony attempted child molestation, and two counts of solicitation of a sex crime.

Burnworth was booked into the Pierce County jail in Washington. She was charged with felony sexual exploitation of a minor, rape of a child 1st degree, and dealing in depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Burnworth reportedly had access to children through her job. However, police declined to discuss the children’s relationship to the suspects or how Kellar and Burnworth knew each other.
