(Scroll down for video) An illegal immigrant, who has “Dreamer,” was arrested for raping a woman in Burien, Washington, which is a sanctuary
city.

Police were called after a 19-year-old woman stumbled into her home with horrific injuries.

The woman was incoherent, she was wearing just her tank top and she was bleeding from several places.

Her mother called police and the woman was rushed to a hospital.

The woman told police that she was working out at the gym at 9:15 p.m., in her apartment complex. While using the treadmill, a man asked her several questions. She asked him to move away so she can work out.

They next thing she remembers, is waking up in the hospital. Police went to the gym and found the woman’s blood on several items, including on a kettlebell.

Police believe that the man used the kettlebell to knock the teen out. He then beat her, causing severe injuries.

The woman suffered a broken jaw and cuts to her head. Her ear was torn off and left dangling by a small piece of skin, and several of her teeth were missing.

Surveillance videos led police to 23-year-old Salvador Diaz-Garcia.

After his arrest, a mother came forward and told police that Diaz-Garcia groped her daughter and made sexual comments towards her earlier in the day.

He was also seen on surveillance videos watching 12-year-old girls in the swimming pool hours before the attack.

Diaz-Garcia faces charges of assault and rape over the vicious attack on the 19-year-old woman. He also faces child molestation charges over the assault of the 14-year-old girl.

Diaz-Garcia was granted Dreamer status in 2013, and has since renewed it twice, but it has now been revoked so he can be deported.

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program allows the children of illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children, to stay in the United States legally as adults.

Diaz-Garcia is being held at the Kings County Jail, on $350,000 bond.
