Police launched an investigation after body parts of an elderly woman went missing from a police station, according to police in Japan.

Investigators said that the incident unfolded at the Mejiro police station after the woman’s body parts were stored for a pending autopsy.

He took the bag and dumped it in the garbage bin. The following morning, police looked for the woman’s body parts to conduct the autopsy, but they could not find the bag.

That is when they learned that the officer threw the bag in the garbage dumpster. They quickly went outside, but the trash was picked up and taken to a sorting facility.
