(Scroll down for video) A young man was shocked to be accused of rape after a student dragged him from a bar and led him to her dorm room for sex, according to court documents in California.

Los Angeles police said that they have arrested 20-year-old Arman Premjee, after the 19-year-old student, who was not identified, told police that she was too drunk to consent to sex and she did not remember anything from the night.

Premjee has been charged with rape by use of drugs and sexual penetration by a foreign object. Prosecutors told the court that the student was too drunk to consent to sex.

However, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed the charges after seeing video that proved the alleged victim initiating the sexual encounter.

Video footage from the night showed that Premjee and the teenager were drinking at the Banditos Taco & Tequila. At some point, the woman can bee seen dragging Premjee out from the bar.

Once outside, the woman can be seen making motions with her hands. The woman also embraced Premjee, and hugged and kissed him.

Video footage from the dorm showed the woman signing in and leading Premjee into the elevator. The two then went into her dorm room, where they had sex.

The next morning, the woman called police to say that she was raped. The judge said that the video footage clearly indicates that the woman was not as drunk as prosecutors claimed.

Premjee faced up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
