(Scroll down for video) A judge called an act the most “disgusting scenario” she has seen in 15 years on the bench.

A New Mexico man is accused of urinating on a family of three who were attending a Metallica concert in Arizona.

44-year-old Daniel Francis Daddio of Albuquerque, was arrested by the Arizona Department of Public Security after security at the concert was alerted by one of the victims, according to court documents.

The family, a man, his wife and his 10-year-old daughter, told police they “felt the hot liquid wash on their backs and legs” while they were sitting at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The father turned around and witnessed Daddio relieving himself. He confronted Daddio before going to security, but he just shrugged it off.

Authorities said Daddio was “heavily intoxicated at the time” of his arrest. The accused also denied that the incident had occurred.

Daddio made an appearance in court, where the judge told him “I have to say, in the 15 years I’ve been on the bench, this is one of the most disgusting scenarios I’ve ever read. In any event, really inappropriate.”

Daddio was charged with one count of indecent exposure and one count of disorderly conduct.
