(Scroll down for video) A woman who spent time with her grandmother, was raped by her step-grandfather.

77-year-old businessman James “Denny” Allen was arrested and charged with rape in Marblehead, Ohio.

Authorities said that Allen had engaged in unwanted sexual activity with his 20-year-old step-granddaughter while she was intoxicated.

Police said they were alerted to the incident when a friend saw a video of the sex acts on Snapchat and called them.

Police do not know if the rape was recorded and uploaded accidentally or on purpose. After seeing the video, police arrested Allen for one count of rape. He is being held on $1 million bail.

Danbury Township Police Chief Michael S. Meisler said that they were first called by the friend, who lives in Texas, at about 1:00 a.m.

The woman asked police to perform a welfare check on the victim. When police arrived to the home, Allen opened the door.

He led police to an upstairs bedroom, where the woman seemed to be intoxicated, but otherwise fine. Allen was also intoxicated at the time, police said.

The friend called police again at 3:45 a.m., and reported seeing the Snapchat video that appeared to show a sexual assault.

Prosecutor James VanEerten said that he believes the video clearly shows a sexual assault taking place.
