Firefighter used cheating wife’s phone to lure her boyfriend to his home where he beat him at gunpoint

(Scroll down for video) A man asked a judge for leniency when setting his bail so that he can see his children and his wife, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

The man was arrested after he was accused of luring his wife’s lover to his home, where he forced her to watch as he beat the man.

32-year-old firefighter David Johnathan Lee of Arizona, who has no previous criminal record, became furious when he discovered texts messages, showing that his wife was cheating on him.

After she admitted to having a 6-month affair, Lee used his wife’s phone to lure the man to their home.

When the man arrived, Lee confronted him with a gun and knife. He ordered the man to handcuff himself to a chair and he did as he was told.

According to the police report, Lee cause bleeding to the man’s ear, he gagged him with a pair of panties and kicked him in the groin so hard that the victim thought he was going to pass out from the pain.

After some time, he freed the victim and allowed him to leave. The victim told his mother about the attack as he was afraid Lee would come after his family.

The mother called police and Lee was arrested. He faces charges including several counts of aggravated assault and kidnapping.
