(Scroll down for video) A man became angry when he learned that he would have to share tacos with his twin brother, according to police in Alabama.

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 19-year-old Tyler Tarrell Dukes, after using a baseball bat to beat his 19-year-old brother.

Dukes has been charged with assault in the second degree. He was booked into the Limestone County Jail, pending a bail hearing.

If convicted, Dukes faces up to 10 years in jail, and fines up to $15,000.

According to the police investigation, on Thursday, the victim took a test at college. When he completed the test, the victim and his grandmother went to Taco Bell to buy tacos and a soda.

When the victim arrived home with the food, his twin brother wanted all the tacos and the soda.

When Dukes learned that he would have to share the tacos and he won’t be getting any soda, he became angry.

He grabbed an aluminum baseball bat and beat his brother in the head. His brother began bleeding, and an ambulance was called.

The victim was taken to the Athens-Limestone Hospital for treatment. Police were called to the home at 19749 W. Cox Road, where Dukes was arrested.
