A man was arrested after he gave a mother and her young daughter an STD (sexually transmitted disease) while having sex with them.

Now, that man has been sentenced to life in prison for the horrible rape of the 7-year-old girl.

26-year-old Andrew Hunter Jr., was found guilty of raping the young girl at gunpoint in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The rape came to light after the girl tested positive for chlamydia after her rape, according to police.

The girl’s mother, who had been dating Hunter at the time, told police that she also contracted the STD after having consensual sex with Hunter before they separated.

A DNA sample that was collected from the child matched the seminal fluid recovered from the mother.

Defense attorney Martin Regan denied that his client ever had chlamydia.

According to court records, Hunter removed the child from her bed, and blindfolded, bound and gagged her. He then raped her at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.

The girl told police that she saw the man’s shoulder-length dreadlocks, which is the hairstyle Hunter had at that time.

A jury found Hunter guilty of all five counts he was charged with including rape, kidnapping and aggravated burglary.

Hunter will receive a mandatory life sentence.
