(Scroll down for video) A radio host will have to pay a singer $1 after being accused of groping the performer’s backside during a meeting, according to court documents in Colorado.

Denver DJ and radio host David Mueller wanted $3 million from Taylor Swift, claiming that the false accusations ruined his career.

Swift counter sued for $1 for assault and battery. A jury found Mueller guilty of assault and battery for grabbing the singer’s backside during a meet and greet.

The jury also awarded Swift $1 in damages.

The case was heard in front of William Joseph Martinez, who is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Mueller said that he is innocent and disagreed with the jury’s verdict. Mueller claimed that he just touched the singer’s ribs to get a better photo.

Swift claimed that Mueller groped her backside, and immediately told her mother about the attack.

When the claims about the attack were made public, Mueller was fired as a radio host.
