Tokyo police said that they have arrested 21-year-old Ryo Shida, after being accused of killing 55-year-old Seiji Ishii.

Shida has been charged with one count of murder.

According to the police investigation, on Saturday, at around 5:30 a.m., it was raining and pedestrians were using umbrellas in the area of the JR Kameido Station.

Ishii was walking with his friend when their umbrella touched Shida, who was walking by them.

Shida was drunk at the time, and he flew into a rage because the umbrella touched his face. Shida pushed Ishii to the ground, and kicked him in the head.

Ishii fell unconscious, and he was taken to a hospital, where he died on Monday.

The medical examiner determined that Ishii died as a result of a brain hemorrhage.
