(Scroll down for video) A woman is suing Chick-Fil-A, which is based in Atlanta, Georgia, after finding a dead mouse in her sandwich, according to court documents in Pennsylvania.

46-year-old Ellen Manfalouti of Bucks County, said that she sent a co-worker to purchase a chicken sandwich at the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru.

Manfalouti bit into the sandwich, and she felt something hard.

She lifted up the roll, and though that employees burned her sandwich at it was black.

Manfalouti showed the sandwich to her co-worker, Cara Phelan, who realized that the sandwich contained a dead mouse.

Phelan said that she clearly saw the rodent’s whiskers and tail.

Manfalouti contacted the restaurant to complain, but management did not respond.

Manfalouti wants $50,000 for physical and psychological damages. She was nauseous for several hours following the incident, and had to go to the hospital.

Since the incident, she suffers from anxiety and nightmares.

Manfalouti claims that Chick-Fil-A was negligent by failing the ensure that her sandwich was free of pests.
