(Scroll down for video) A woman is suing several police officers after allegedly being held down and digitally raped, according to court documents filed Texas.

23-year-old Charnesia Corley of Harris County, said that she suffered for several hours after two police officers accused her of possessing marijuana.

Attorney Samuel Cammack told the court that his client’s civil rights were violated during the traffic stop.

The incident unfolded when Corley allegedly went through a stop sign.

She was pulled over by two male police officers who handcuffed her after smelling marijuana.

When police found marijuana in the vehicle, they called a female officer to perform a visual body cavity search.

Corley claimed that she waited several hours on the side of the road until the female police officer arrived at the scene.

When she arrived, Corley was ordered to take off her pants and bend over.

When she resisted, the male officers threw her to the ground and held down her legs while the female officers stuck her fingers into her private parts to look for drugs.

Corley was charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

The district attorney eventually decided to drop the charges.

After Corley filed a complaint about her treatment, the officers were charged, but the district attorney dropped the case.

The officers denied the allegations, saying that the woman was never digitally raped and they never acted inappropriately.
