Drug dealer dies after jumping out of building to escape from police who raided his apartment

A drug dealer who desperately wanted to get away from police, died after jumping out of a building, according to police in India.

New Delhi police confirmed that 40-year-old Cyprian Ama Ogbonnaya, was under investigation for selling drugs from his apartment.

According to the police, neighbors called police to report that people were buying drugs from Ogbonnaya, who lived on the fourth floor of the building.

Ogbonnaya was with two women who when an undercover police officer arrived and asked to buy heroin on Friday, at around 12:00 p.m.

Ogbonnaya shut the door, and went to get a small amount of heroin. Meanwhile, the two women injected themselves with heroin.

Ogbonnaya looked out of the window, and saw a group of police officers outside.

Ogbonnaya, who sensed that he was about to be arrested, jumped out of the window in an attempt to get away from police.

Ogbonnaya landed on an air condition and suffered severe injuries to his head. He was rushed to the All India Institute Of Medical Science, where he was declared dead.

One of the women, also attempted to jump out of the window, but was caught by police. The two women, who were not identified, were charged with selling drugs.

Police seized $3 million worth of heroin from the apartment.
